We've always believed that the best kind of fun doesn't need a screen, a charger, or a Wi-Fi connection. It needs a little competition, a lot of laughter, and preferably someone saying, “One more game!”
We're both into wooden games, and somewhere between playing them ourselves and watching people rediscover how much fun a simple game can be, we thought:
“Why not make these games available to everyone?”
And that's how Playwood happened.
We bring together beautifully crafted wooden games that are fun, challenging, nostalgic and, most importantly, designed to get people playing, talking, laughing and connecting.

Part-time carpenter, full-time believer that Tower Titans is objectively the greatest party game ever built. Aditya dreamed up Playwood to drag people away from their screens and back around a table — one giant wooden tic-tac-toe board at a time.
