We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during wedding season. For large events, 4-6 weeks gives us the most flexibility.
We currently deliver across Hyderabad, Telangana and surrounding areas within a 60km radius. For events further away, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate — additional transport charges may apply.
Yes — our Standard and Premium packages include on-site game masters who explain rules, keep games running smoothly, and manage crowd flow.
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. For significant accidental damage, a repair fee may apply based on the extent of the damage — this is discussed upfront during booking.
Absolutely — most of our games are built to handle outdoor use. We recommend a shaded or covered area to protect the wood finish from direct sun and rain.
Our team handles on-site assembly and teardown at the end of your event — you don't need to lift a finger. Transport to your venue is arranged separately and isn't included in the package price.
For bookings involving 6 or more games, we require a refundable security deposit, returned within 3-5 business days after the event assuming no damage.
